Return Policy 2017:

Please contact us for return authorization as no return will be accepted without it.

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Item must be in *re-saleable condition, no stickers or writing on item.  The date of delivery will be determined as the date of purchase. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs only as a result of our error.

Calendars are not returnable.

Shortages/ Packing Errors:

Unfortunately we don’t have control over the actual packing of merchandise.  If we sent you a defective item, an incorrect item, or the item was damaged in shipment, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned or replaced.

If your order is incomplete, or you do not receive your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us for a replacement within 3 business days of placing or receiving your order.

Special Orders:

Are not returnable or exchangeable.  Special orders are noted on invoices as not returnable.


May only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if unassembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) in re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Special Order Furniture:

Manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture is not eligible for return.

Cleaning and Breakroom/Facilities Products/Janitorial and Sanitation Products:

We will not accept any returns of the following products:

Grocery products- (including but not limited to water, coffee and condiments)

Medicinal products, health care products

Cleaning solvents or powders;

We reserve the right to deny any return.

We will only pay shipping if the return is a result of our error.

* re-saleable condition: in the original manufacturers’ shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials.  With no marking on packaging.
